Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) is a registered Foundation dedicated to preventing loss of life at sea by providing professional search and rescue assistance to migrants and refugees who find themselves in distress along the world’s deadliest migrant route – the sea. I cannot imagine the desperation I would feel to make the decision to board a raft with my family in order to escape violence.
