My brother George and I will be running the Telenor Copenhagen Marathon on 19 May. I then plan to run a second marathon later in the autumn (location – probably somewhere in Europe – TBC). We are determined to raise as much money as possible for MOAS to support the organization’s efforts in providing aid and emergency medical relief to refugees and migrants. I first came across MOAS’ work in the Mediterranean when reading Giles Tremlett’s profile of the organisation in The Guardian in 2015. I have tracked their progress since and would now like to contribute to their efforts.
