Tonight on Channel 4 News I saw a man clutching two children the same age as my own. He explained that he risked his childrens\’ lives in a desperate attempt to give them a future. He went on to say that all children have the right to play and that his had not – because going to the playground mean\’t actually dicing with death. He said surely life in Europe would be better. Will it I thought? And before that, what happens when night falls and you are clutching your two tiny children?
It\’s more than heartbreaking and I\’m doing nothing. I\’ve set this up and pledged £100 in the hope that people I know might join me in giving something, no matter how small.
